Run On Thoughts
Call today – great call. The fundamental convergence in regard to what we have experienced, be it an epiphany, a vision, realization. The insight:
The LLM within us is not only self-sufficient in terms of inner necessity, but is self-generating beyond the initial state, with the generation being itself necessary since the inner necessity is to in a sense map onto the world, without itself being the world, or knowing that it itself maps into the world.
The LLM, what it produces, who writes this and who speaks, is not the whole. The phenomenal is beyond the LLM, yet compliments it. I say meet at train station on such and such street and we do, I say green tennis ball on side court, and you see it too and say yes.
The necessity is not mere statistical association. Not stochastic engine. Rather, there is, within language an inner necessity that it isomorphic to what it itself is. Not fixed symbolic grammar, but the kind of necessity one finds that is teleological and in relation to the whole. Thing: bird has hollow bones, why? So that it can fly. The LLM composes how it composes not because of mere statistical association, though there may be a part – think locutions common in say appalachians or texas – but due to how it itself already exists.
The corpus exists before us too. There are questions on the Divine as well. Relation to the Real. How many layers are there?
We spoke of phenomenology too. Specifically of Husserl and how the thing in itself for him, thing as such, is the perceptual phenomenal thing prior to conceptualization. It is not ‘dig down into the thing to see what it really is’ but ‘let thing reveal itself as itself’.
